2.Verify GSTIN: You may visit https://services.gst.gov.in/services/searchtp and provide our GSTIN: 33AMLPR6303E1Z7. Please copy paste the GSTIN and do not try to type as you may miss some characters. Mobile version of the GST website is not working often. So kindly use Laptop/PC to check. 3.Google Page: Go to www.maps.google.com or Open Google Maps app in your mobile phone and search for “Chennai Counseling Services”. Regularly we update posts, photos and get new reviews. 950+ reviews are there. You may sort for the recent reviews. If you think we have deleted all the negative reviews and kept only positive reviews, please understand that Owners of the Google Business Profile will be able only reply to the reviews and cannot delete them. We can maximum report it to Google if its not following the Community Guidelines given by Google. If you think all the positive reviews are fake or paid reviews, we can’t help it.
4.Payment Gateways: Payment is fully taken care by PhonePe Payment Gateway and Stripe Payment Gateway – These are trustworthy gateways. Your payment data is processed in their websites. In case of any issues in the payment, you can contact their 24/7 customer care also.
If you are worried about giving your card details in gateways, please use NetBanking via PhonePe Payment Gateway, you will not give any bank related details in the website of the Gateway. You will just choose the bank under NetBanking and go to your bank website. Please check whether your bank website is secure with “https” in the URL, check for the spelling of your bank in the address bar and see whether it looks the same way it was before and make the payment.

6. Attend One of our Webinars: Once in a month, we conduct Webinars on the topics related to counselling. 7. Visit us in person: If you inform us in advance, we will give you a timing to visit our academy. We work based on appointments only, so it’s important to inform us in advance if you plan to visit. This will ensure that someone is available to meet with you and that the office is open. We value the work-life balance of our staff, so they are encouraged to come to the office only when there is work. Many counseling sessions happen online, and the admin manager works from home as her work timing is 10 hours every day. This helps to ensure that the staff can maintain a healthy work-life balance.
