It is highly subjective. If you had lost in touch with the subject or you are very new to the subject, perhaps it requires some time for preparation so that you can grasp the skills easily.
We understand you do not have time and keep running. Please have some time in your hand to watch the videos of the chapters designated for the contact classes. The facilitator would not disturb you to answer his questions and will not ask you to do counselling sessions if you say you are not able to.
You can be an observer during the contact class and when you find time, you may prepare and improve your skills.
