1. Number of participants: We stick to 20 all the time in our Diploma Course’s contact classes for personal attention to each and every participant. Most of the organizations do not even mention the number of participants in their brochure or website very clearly.
2. The quality of the Study Material provided whether it includes complete whereabouts of the topics discussed. We have been revising the study material often to help the participants and learn it easily.
3. The costing of 18,000 for Diploma Course includes 6% GST which would be paid to the Government. The actual cost of the course is only INR 16982/- Please understand that there are lots of hidden costs such as shooting, editing, software to run the course, server cost, website maintenance and many others.
We give our full efforts to help you get the skills in our Diploma course. We request you to value and compensate our efforts. We try hard to make our Diploma course as the one stop course for fundamentals in counselling skills. So that you may not have to attend any other internship/course for skill development.
We do not get any aid from the government like universities or have corpus funds to take care of administrative expenses like the colleges run by trusts have.
Even after these logical explanations if you feel our courses are costly, kindly specifically tell us what makes you feel it is costly, we can give an explanation for your consideration.
We run our business ethically and transparently. Discounts may hamper the transparency. So we do not provide any discount. Discount is simply a marketing gimmick to attract more participants. Those who run organizations know the real cost for their products or services and would sell them in the cost that would take care of incurring expenses surely such as Rent, Electricity Bill, Website Maintenance, Internet Connection and Salary.

If we provide early bird discount, the ones who pay later have to pay extra to compensate. We feel it is unfair for those who pay later.
If we provide group discount, you will have to convince your friends/contacts to join our programme. It may cause issues in your relationship with the other people. We do not want to embarrass you by marketing for our programmes. You may pass on the information about our programmes or recommend our programmes. If they decide to join, let them join.
Some organizations provide Student Discount with the idea that the efforts for the students will be lesser while comparing with the professionals. In our courses, we do not treat Students and Professionals in a different way. For us, all our participants are same and we give our full efforts to help them learn counseling whether they are professionals or students. Some other organizations give student fee and professionals fee separately keeping the fee for professionals high. In this case, the professionals have to pay extra to compensate. We feel it is unfair for professionals as they will have their own family expenses. We understand students may have financial issues and that is why we have separate short term/low cost programmes/webinars for student population.
